By using this Website, you agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario shall govern these Terms and Conditions without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles and further agree to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and that the venue for any action, suit or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or our products shall be Toronto, Ontario, subject to the provisions on arbitration below.
