The maxi kick is the new, high-performance, Swiss-designed scooter for kids ages 6-10 from Micro Mobility Systems Ltd. Inspired by the success of the mini kick, the new maxi kick is similar in design but features key upgrades for the next age group. 

Both the mini and maxi kicks’ 3-wheeled design feature the unique ‘lean-to-steer’ mechanism, offering the exciting feeling of ‘surfing the sidewalks’! The maxi kick takes street surfing to the next level with its adjustable pilot stick handle, allowing advanced riders to slalom and carve like never before. 

Mastering the pilot stick steering option takes practice but provides optimal performance and handling unmatched by other products. The maxi kick is also available with an adjustable T-bar steering column which handles just like the mini kick. 

The maxi kick’s reinforced fiberglass construction provides rugged durability for everyday use while remaining amazingly lightweight. The rear ‘spoon’ brake and double-rear wheels add stability and performance. Built specifically for kids ages 6-10, the maxi kick carries twice the weight limit of the mini kickboard at 54 kg. 

Micro Mobility Systems Ltd. asked kids ages 6-10 what they wanted in a scooter when they set out to design the new maxi kick. A smooth-gliding, easy-to-maneuver, 3-wheel design with extreme handling and performance is what they asked for - and the maxi kick delivers all of this and more! 

The maxi kick by micro recently won an Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold and Platinum Seal Award for 2009 and was featured on NBC’s “Today Show”.
