Excellent product, customer service and web ordering system.

I had to order this part as well as a replacement rear wheel as my daughter's micro mini was run over by a car and broke not only the T bar, but gouged the rear wheel as well. The web ordering system is simple, user friendly and very efficient. The package arrived in record time (the site says four days, but I got mine in three) and the parts arrived exactly as I had ordered.

I did, however, run into a problem replacing the rear wheel. Apparently the manufacturers use a thread glue when assembling the axle bolt to ensure it doesn't come loose during use. This is a good thing, however the Allen wrenches supplied with the replacement wheel weren't strong enough to apply the torque necessary to undo the bolt (this is apparently an uncommon problem but one that nevertheless pops up from time to time). I recommend that anyone attempting this replacement use a tool made of a hardened steel as the wrenches provided simply stripped out the bolt head making it impossible to remove without the use of a screw extractor kit which destroys the bolt.

That being said the sales representative from Kickboard was prompt in his reply to my query, and after a brief exchange wherein I detailed the issue offered to send me a new axle bolt at no charge, which came as quite a relief.

10/10 for service and reliability. You really do get what you pay for.

Exactly as the original one!

Got the bar with no issues. Bar replaced the damaged one I had previously. They fit it in another package I had ordered as well, and everything came in good standing.
